Refund Policy – Aaditya Gupta Classes
At Aaditya Gupta Classes, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.
Fee Payment: All course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule at the time of admission or renewal.
Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, admission fees, and study material charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Course Fee Refunds: Once classes have commenced, course fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation Before Course Start: If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Aaditya Gupta Classes, after deducting applicable administrative charges.
Missed Classes: No refund, adjustment, or compensation will be provided for classes missed by the student due to personal reasons.
Batch Transfers: Requests for batch changes or transfers may be accommodated subject to seat availability and management approval. Such requests do not qualify for a refund.
Course Cancellation by Institute: In the unlikely event that Aaditya Gupta Classes cancels a course or batch, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund, as determined by the management.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment or another approved method.
Management Decision: All refund-related decisions made by Aaditya Gupta Classes shall be final and binding.
