Refund Policy – Aaditya Gupta Classes

At Aaditya Gupta Classes, we strive to provide high-quality educational services. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

  1. Fee Payment: All course fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule at the time of admission or renewal.

  2. Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, admission fees, and study material charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. Course Fee Refunds: Once classes have commenced, course fees paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

  4. Cancellation Before Course Start: If a student withdraws before the commencement of classes, a refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Aaditya Gupta Classes, after deducting applicable administrative charges.

  5. Missed Classes: No refund, adjustment, or compensation will be provided for classes missed by the student due to personal reasons.

  6. Batch Transfers: Requests for batch changes or transfers may be accommodated subject to seat availability and management approval. Such requests do not qualify for a refund.

  7. Course Cancellation by Institute: In the unlikely event that Aaditya Gupta Classes cancels a course or batch, eligible students may receive a full or partial refund, as determined by the management.

  8. Refund Processing: Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–15 working days through the original mode of payment or another approved method.

  9. Management Decision: All refund-related decisions made by Aaditya Gupta Classes shall be final and binding.
